Life, Health & Wellness Coaching focuses on specific goals related to stress reduction, work-life balance, personal growth, and targeted action related to achieving wellness. Relationship coaching focuses on improving communication, reducing conflict, and enhancing relationships, whether it is with a spouse, significant other/partner, or other family member with whom an improved relationship is desired. If mental health, substance use, or significant clinical problems are impacting your life or relationship, then counseling – not life nor relationship coaching – is recommended.
