  • As a colleague, I am thrilled with the opportunity to express my support for ongoing education and the fact that counseling can provide hope for individuals struggling with stress, during CVD-19. Dawn Echols, MA, LPC, CPCS, elegantly discusses the fact that this current pandemic is existential and that we have to consider our common core value system and tap into Adlerian Pscychotherapy, as a way to focus on the importance of family and socialization. This interview should be heard beyond the studio and those who took the time to listen. It is timely and of the essence for residence in North Georgia and beyond. As a clinician, it is my goal to help others to realize that they are not alone with their thoughts and feelings. This interview provided an assurance of knowing that someone cares and there are tools that can provide an anchor regarding mental health and well-being.
